Olea Ann Manor
Situated on a hillside between the Pacific Ocean and the Coastal Range, Olea Ann Manor is a boutique farm dedicated to organic aromatic plants such as lemon lemongrass, Australian tea tree, rosemary, stevia, and mint. It is one of the few small farms on Taitung’s east coast to implement a complete organic certification system for herb horticulture.
Introduction
The name “Olea Ann” combines Olea (olive) and Ann (the owner’s name), symbolizing “peace, blessings, and the sharing of love”. The owner, Chen Li-ping, transformed this former wasteland into a spiritual garden where travelers can truly “breathe and relax”.

Rather than seeking mass tourism, the manor focuses on “slow travel and deep experiences,” attracting international long-stay guests, creators, and those seeking spiritual healing. Chen emphasizes treating the land and travelers like family, making the manor feel like a “second home in Taitung”. Her goal is to provide a soul-cleansing journey through five-sensory healing courses and sustainable tourism practices.
