Lotus
Lotus includes the flowers, leaves, and fruits, which are lotus seeds. It is a large aquatic plant. The underground stem is long and will expand to several knots. Its petiole is hard, about 1~2m long, and can push out of the water surface. The flowers are pink, white, yellow, etc., which bloom in summer. The lotus flower is a treasure trove, the underground stem is the lotus rhizomes, the leaf is the lotus leaf, the fruit is the lotus head, and the seed is the lotus seed. The lotus flowers, seeds, young leaves and rhizomes can all be eaten.
