桂花 /木樨、巖桂、九里香
其品種大致可分為四種,金桂(黃色花)銀桂(白花)丹桂(橘紅花)及四季桂(淡黃色),其中又以金桂的香味最濃。可作行道樹,可作盆景,也可食用,有濃郁香氣,較少生食,生桂花的味道偏苦澀,滋味不算好;反倒是烘乾之後香氣格外明顯,加入蜂蜜或酒做花釀,也可將花入酒、作香茶及桂花滷、桂花巧克力(可可法朋)。
