金棗
金棗雖因形似棗子而得名,但實際上是柑橘類的一種,正式名稱為「金柑」,宜蘭為主要產地。金棗果實呈圓形或橢圓形,金黃色,大約如大拇指,可連皮帶肉吃食,果皮甜中帶點苦味,可潤喉,生津解渴,幫助消化,製成蜜餞成為最受歡迎的伴手禮。
