台灣芒果品種繁多,尤以愛文芒果及金煌芒果最為出名,質地細緻,口感豐腴飽滿、清新爽勁酸甜配比可謂黃金比例,營養成分中,富含果糖、蔗糖等碳水化合物、維生素 C、β-胡蘿蔔素及鉀等成分,糖度約12~15度。
