木瓜
木瓜味清甜、肉軟滑,既可生吃又可入菜,有相當多的吃法,尤其以鮮食最具營養價值。木瓜富含維生素A、B、B1、B2、C、多種礦物質(鐵、鈣、鉀)、蛋白質、木瓜酵素、纖維質及有機酸等,其中維生素A及維生素C的含量特別高,是西瓜及香蕉的5倍,更達到「每日建議攝取量」的3倍以上,能預防感冒,並幫助減緩感冒症狀。
