Located in Fengyuan District, Taichung City, Jiang’s Rose Garden is one of the few remaining rose farms in the area, earning the reputation of “preserving Fengyuan’s last rose fragrance”.
Introduction
The owner, Jiang Qin-he, has cultivated roses for over 26 years and serves as both a floral educator and a horticultural therapist. The 0.7-hectare garden features a wide variety of ornamental and edible roses, including the patented pink upright rose “Catherine,” which is the garden’s signature highlight.

The garden is divided into three functional areas: the Edible Rose Garden, the Ornamental Rose Garden, and the DIY Classroom. Managed by Mr. Jiang and his wife, Yan Shu-xian, the farm adheres to the philosophy of “caring for the land and spreading love and beauty”. They practice sod culture, reduce chemical use, and repurpose pruned branches and waste flowers into compost and natural enzymes. This eco-friendly environment has attracted birds like Japanese white-eyes and light-vented bulbuls, showcasing a harmonious rural landscape.
