The farm provides tourists with Sanxing scallions to make scallion pancakes using only the most delicate part of the scallion, the “one-tip two leaves”. The scallion pancake tastes particularly sweet and delicious. The vibrant colour found in the pancake use natural vegetable and fruit juice.
Scallions are handled manually thus very time consuming. Many of the excellent quality Sanxing scallions are ordered by restaurants in advance. A visit to the Sanxing Scallion farm is a must with beautiful scenery surrounded by mountain and sea. On a bright sunny day, you can even see Guishan Island.
