The school has used environmentally friendly materials as much as possible since its construction. Even the flower pots in the greenhouse used for growing strawberries are made from self-developed, 100% recyclable materials. Due to the delicate nature of strawberries, it is often necessary to use a large amount of pesticides. Therefore, at the beginning of its establishment in 2020, the owner utilised his professional knowledge of organic fertilizer and circular agriculture as the basis for this strawberry school. From seedling control, organic soil cultivation, to planting of various varieties of strawberries, it is a one-stop operation that can produce around 15 tons of strawberries a year.

Fruits
The school limits the number of tourists based on daily reservations, with only the remaining slots open to individual tourists. This ensures that visitors will always be able to pick a variety of strawberries when they come to the “Strawberry School”. Another special feature is the strawberry beer and strawberry sparkling wine. These two wines are specially customized by collaboration between the “Strawberry School” and beer factories.
