#Sesame Oil Chicken Pot
Dakeng Farm is an expert in raising chickens. This dish uses 6-month-old Fangshan chicken with the best texture, sesame oil made from the local specialty black sesame, wild ginger, fried chicken, and red label rice wine, and the aroma is abundant after boiling. Add in some wild vegetables picked from the field during consumption, giving the soup a multi-layered taste.
#Handmade milkfish balls
Tainan is the hometown of the milkfish. With its fat and tender meat, and being rich in nutrition, it is a must-try delicacy when you visit Tainan. Learn how to make all-natural milkfish sauce with no additives, a taste both delicious and memorable.
#Handmade Shrimp and Pork Dumplings
Lanyu mini pigs bred on Dakeng Farm have a golden fat-to-lean ratio of 4:6, add in chopped onion and pound into a slurry, then wrap in a whole fresh shrimp to allow the taste of freshness to fully envelop the food.
#Ruby Fruit Tea:
Using roselle as the base with added freshly picked herbs and fruits, the natural ruby -red tone and the sweet-and-sour aroma of the fruit blend in together naturally. The original taste of the food is allowed to spread uncontaminated, which is exactly what we yearn for.
#Bird Lime Tree Chicken Soup
Commonly known as “Indian cherry chicken soup”. The Indian
cherry, also a specialty of Tainan’s Dakeng, are mixed with a 6-month-old hen and specially cultivated herbs, then slowly stewed over a
charcoal fire for 2 hours. The soup is clear and sweet with a charcoal fragrance. Once gained an award for Lunar Yearly Dishes, and was the focus of many media interviews. Suitable to bring home and can be
enjoyed after heated, and an ideal souvenir gift for Lunar festive season.

#Mama Cai's Handmade Dried Fruits
Dried mangoes, pineapples, red heart guava and other fruits
grown by Cai’s father, and dried without excessive additives, preserving the original flavor and nutrition. It is the healthiest snack for both adults and children.

#Pickled Bamboo shoots
This is a handmade souvenir from the farm’s lady boss, Mama Cai. From April to October every year, sweet bamboo shoots produced on the farm are peeled and cut into pieces and then pickled. There is no strong salty taste of ordinary pickles, only a light salty and sweet taste, suitable for eating with porridge or steamed fish.
